Originally from Boise, Idaho, Geoff grew up outside. He was raised through hiking, biking, fishing, camping, and many other outdoor activities. As a lifelong competitive runner turned cyclist, he enjoys coaching a variety of disciplines in cycling, though his favorite is the team-oriented aspect of GVYC. Geoff enjoys using sports to help others develop and grow as people and strive for and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. He is in his eighth year with the program and has loved seeing it grow from a small program to one that now offers opportunities for middle school as well as high school athletes.
