Spring – High School Skills
This group will break down the skills necessary to be the best rider possible. Our experienced coaches will break down different skills such as cornering, braking, step ups, drops, and more to help athletes accomplish whatever their goals are on the bike. They will be taught in a controlled, group setting, then riders will split into smaller, ability based groups and head to the trails to apply the skills they’ve learned in a trail setting.
Sessions will be Wednesday evenings 5:30PM-7:30PM beginning the week of March 28 Fee: $150
Spring – Tuesday Tempo
This spring program provides riders with an opportunity to work hard in a group setting. Every Tuesday, riders will meet to tackle a workout designed and overseen by experienced coaches. This gives athletes an opportunity to push themselves in a fun, group setting. They will also have the opportunity to learn more about the ins and outs of training, racing, and nutrition.
Sessions will be Tuesdays 5:00PM – 7:00PM beginning the week of March 28 Fee: $150
Three Month Training Blocks
This program is for those riders that are intrinsically motivated to take their riding to the next level. Riders can sign-up to receive training plans based on their goals (XC or enduro). Riders will work one-on-one with a coach to tackle their individual goals based around spring, summer, and fall racing goals. This training is done on an individual basis, though riders are encouraged to partner up with others that have similar goals. Riders are encouraged to train together, but there is no set practices for this program. This training will be offered in 4 separate, 3-month blocks (Winter: December-February, Spring: March-May, Summer: June-August). This program is available to any 9th-12th grade rider, as well as U23 alumni of our program. 8th graders graduating to 9th grade will be able to sign up for the summer block leading into their freshman year (June-July-August).
